How We Got Here and Why QA Is Our Focus
Our founder, Muhammad Usman, is an ISTQB-certified QA engineer who spent years working inside startups, enterprises and agencies. The same pattern kept showing up everywhere: teams treated QA as a last-minute checkbox rather than something built into the process, and they paid for it with production bugs, delayed releases and unhappy users.
SprintSynergy was built to change that. Testing is our core service, and we focus on doing it well. We embed directly into your workflow and test with a mix of AI-powered automation and expert manual testing.

Our Founder
Muhammad Usman
Founder and CEO, Senior QA Automation Lead and SDET
Muhammad Usman has spent more than 10 years in software testing and founded SprintSynergy in 2021. He works as a QA automation lead and SDET on fintech, healthtech, e-commerce and logistics products, and still leads the QA approach on SprintSynergy client work.
His automation work runs on Playwright, Cypress, Selenium and Appium, written in TypeScript and JavaScript and wired into CI on GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline. He built qa-core-heal, the open-source self-healing locator library for Playwright that our engineers use on client projects, and QA-Core (opens in a new tab), our AI agent that explores a web app and writes Playwright tests for it.
