You will perform Manual Testing of Web and Mobile apps and learn Test Automation with Playwright and Appium. You will use AI Tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot and Cursor, and two engineers review every AI-written test. On-site in Sargodha, Punjab, at PKR 25,000 per month during probation, then PKR 45,000 to 50,000 per month based on performance.

What You Will Do

  • Perform Manual Testing of Web and Mobile apps on Android, iOS and the main browsers, against requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Write clear Test Cases, and run Smoke Testing, Functional Testing and Regression Testing before each release.
  • Do Exploratory Testing to find the bugs nobody planned for.
  • Write clear Bug Reports with steps to reproduce, expected versus actual results and screenshots or screen recordings, then retest the fixes.
  • Perform API Testing with Postman and check responses, status codes and error messages.
  • Learn Web Test Automation with Playwright, starting with simple flows and building from there.
  • Learn Mobile Test Automation with Appium for Android and iOS, on Real Devices, Emulators and Simulators.
  • Use AI Tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot and Cursor to draft Test Cases and spot edge cases, and check everything they produce.
  • Learn Agentic QA: how we use AI Agents to draft tests, and why two engineers review every AI-written test before it merges.

What We're Looking For

  • A recent bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Software Testing basics: test types, test levels, SDLC, STLC and the Bug Life Cycle.
  • Programming skills in at least one language, such as JavaScript, Python, Java or C#, enough to write and read simple programs.
  • A basic understanding of how Web and Mobile apps work: browsers, HTTP requests and APIs.
  • Some use of AI Tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your studies or projects, and the habit of checking what they produce.
  • An eye for detail, clear written English and a real interest in Test Automation and Agentic QA.
  • The ability to work on-site in Sargodha, Punjab.

Nice to Have

  • A final year project, internship or personal project that involved Software Testing or Test Automation.
  • Any practice with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium or Postman.
  • Basic SQL, Git and GitHub.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification, or a plan to take it. We cover the exam fee.

What Success Looks Like After Probation

  • You test Web and Mobile features on a client project on your own, with clear Test Cases and Bug Reports.
  • Your first automated tests with Playwright are reviewed and merged.
  • You use AI Tools in your daily testing and check everything they produce.
